TerryA Posted January 25, 2007 Share Posted January 25, 2007 I downloaded Switch and tried to convert a wma file to mp3. I got the message, "the file could not be opened." I believe the file is a drm file - I purchased and downloaded it from an online store. The Switch documentation did state "copy protected files are not decoded". Is that what that means? Is there a way to make Switch convert the drm files to mp3? I appreciate all the help anyone can give - I'm very new to this. Thanks!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
