rj7500
I record voiceover material in my home with Cubase software. I have the option of creating either a Wave or MP3 file. The MP3 file seems quite muddy whereas the Wave is incredibly clearer. I understand it's a differeice in compression but are there different degrees of compression within the MP3 format? Thanks Bob
nchtj
yes there are, any software you use to make mp3 files will give you options for the sort of quality settings you want to apply to the mp3 file. look at switch if you want to see an example (http://www.nch.com.au/switch)
