Conversion of Flac to m4a - AAC is always in 256 kbps no matter the bit rate selected

I just bought Switch to convert Flac files. When I select .m4a (for IOS, etc) it converts the files using 256 kbps no matter what bitrate I selected in the options.

I see that once I transfer the files to Apple Music.

I tried it several times, it is always the same.

I use version 11.09 for Mac.

With iDealshare VideoGo, besides converting audio format, you can change the bitrate of the output audio files.

Firstly, click Add File button to add yoru FLAC to iDealshare VideoGo, then click Profile drop down button to select M4A, then click Setting- Advanced to adjust the bitrates and click Okay.

Finally, click Convert button to start the conversion.
