MP3 to Wav Error and Crash

Hi, I'm new to Switch and NCH software, but it seems that the help topic section would have a list of program errors to help figure out what problems cause this program to crash. Anyway, I've been trying to convert my library of music from MP3 to WAV format and about 20% of my library will not convert due to the same error. I keep getting fatal program failures with the error message Exception Access Violation. I've filled out a number of debug reports and sent them to technical support and I can easily recreate the error, but I still have no clue what is causing this to happen and if there is a fix to this problem. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm unsure if we've updated switch within the last week or two, the problem lies with a bug in the mp3 ID tag reading but we've now fixed all the problems. to be sure, please contact me and I will give you the latest build of Switch that I have.
