47straight
Hello - question from a noob trying to determine if Wavepad or Switch can help me out... My roomate has a very large music collection of his albums that he sampled incorrectly. Each track is cut off about 7 seconds too early, and the remaining portion is located on the next file (track) in the sequence of the album. I’d like to keep from him having to go back and resample several hundred CDs. Can your Wavepad and or Switch do this kind of batch cutting, or perhaps a resampling? I know that many programs will do a volume leveling across many files... this is sort of the same idea, but a different edit. And yes, it was dumb of him to make a mistake like that. And no, I had nothing to do with it. The problem was that you don't notice when listening to a full album... one track runs into the next. After he bought a portable player to jog with, he noticed. Many thanks.
nchngoc
Hi, unfortunately the current versions of WavePad, Switch don't support batch cutting. You can do it manually in WavePad. We will add this to our software suggestion list for WavePad.
