Switch 1.05 Trial Offer

I downloaded the trial offer and the program works okay, only as the basic switch program. According to NCH notes, it said it should have the Plus features for 14 days. Preferences only displays the Overwrite options and the Help Menu opens, but does not find any information when I do a search. It appears the manual is not there. I have downloaded the program several times with the same results.

 

I tried to contact NCH, per the e-mail they sent me when I downloaded the software, but they denied my e-mail request because I did not purchase the software yet.

 

I'm using the software on Mac OSX 10.4.8 and I would like to try the Plus features before I purchase.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

if you want to know what are the plus features, it should be just the additional aac/m4a, flac and ogg 'save-to' format support.
