WAVEPAD

Hi,

 

This may seem a daft question as I haven't even got around to downloading Wavepad as yet but I am currently having problems with another Sound Editing package. What I would like to know is how long would it take to Normalize a MD80 within Wavepad as my other software currently takes over 10 minutes which seems way excessive as it only used to take 1 1/2 minutes maximum. Also how long would a typical WAV File export take of the same size i.e. approx 800MB. I am starting to think it may be my pc. I can link to the other forum I am using if someone would like to see the full question but I'm not sure if that is allowed in this forum.
