I created an encrypted PDF, error msg "Password is incorrect", not true!

I recently downloaded your PICO PDF editor for the sole benefit of encrypting PDF's, non-commercial usage licence for individual usage.  On my first PDF that I encrypted and applied a numeric password that I had to confirm when creating it, however when I tested opening it before sending it as an email attachment, I received an Adobe Acrobat error msg "The password is incorrect.  Please make sure that Caps Lock is not on by mistake, and try again."  Well my caps lock is not on and my numlock key is on; I'm 100 percent positive I'm using the correct password, which is all numeric. Very disappointed, I see others are having this problem. 

PicoPDF V4.21 May 13, 2023 Unlicensed Non-Commercial home use only.  This is the current version having performed check for updates.
