Is there any comprehensive tutorial about Mask feature on Express Animate

Hi, I just installed Express Animate this morning and it seems to be a really good tool, but I can't figure out how the Mask Tool works, and it seems there nothing documented about it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks @MakubX, I thought I could've create a mask with an object, but it is just basic, as far as I can understand. Baby steps.
