Here's my situation, I am using a IVR software called Voiceguide (www.voiceguide.com), that is calling (by phone) our employee to offer them Overtime opportunity. We want to record each call made by this software. Our communication board is a Intel Dialogic board 4 port, we're using Windows XP Sp2

 

Here's the question:

Do VRS Recording System will be able to record each call made by Voiceguide? (Voiceguide will initiate the call)

Will it slow my system? (because Voiceguide is requiring alot of process time)

Do I need to purchase a multi-channel sound card? If so where do I connect the input line on my Intel Dialogic board?

Did you receive that kind of request?
