Losing ID3 tags (still!)

Each time I edit and save an .mp3 file, the ID3 tags are lost. This is a major inconvenience.

I purchased Wavepad 3.03 about 6 months ago and was advised in this forum that this problem would be corrected in the next version.

 

I just downloaded and installed version 3.06, and the problem still exists. I'm bummed.

When can I expect this to be fixed?

Correction -- I just downloaded version 3.05. Who knows, maybe 3.06 will have the fix!
