File Truncates When Loading

I have recently tried to load an MP3 file into WavePad and only about 2 minutes of the song loads. Everything appears to load correctly but when playing the song, I noticed it has been truncated about 2 minutes into it.

 

In searching the support page, there was an FAQ about large files not loading but I don't believe this is the problem since this particular song is smaller in file size and shorter in duration than other files I have successfully loaded and edited in WavePad.

 

Has anyone experienced this problem and, better yet, know of a solution.
