theedgeva
Hi, I have a one off transcription job that arrived in wmv format. I have spent the better part of two days searching for a converter. I finally found one, trial version, that only did 50% of the recording because it is a trial. I need to convert the whole thing. I cannot buy a license to the equipment as this is a one off job and the licenses seem to cost about the same as my rate for the work. I was really hoping that this system would work but it comes up with a message saying file type is unsupported or needs codecs. Anyone have any advice on what I could try? Your help would be appreciated!!
nchtj
the next switch release (due out soon) will support it, but for now use wavepad, it already supports it: http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad
