Displaying the sound level in dB???

Hi all,

 

I would like to know if WavePad allows me to display the sound level in db. When .wav files are opened with WavePad, there is no vertical scale on the display. I have a need to nomalize some .wav files at -15db level. In the Normalize function of WavePad, I need to specify a peak level with a number (100 - maximum).

 

It would be great if you can let me know any suggestions. Thanks!
