Can't get any SAPI 5 voices to work. How do you get new voices?

I downloaded the demo version.  I have Win11 and I installed several SAPI 5 voices via Win11 settings window (Settings -->Accessibility --> Narrator --> Add Natural Voices and Add Legacy Voices.  

None of them are showing up in the list in Verbose.  Only Desktop David and Desktop Zira.

I've Closed the program... (completely, not minimized to try) and reopened it, but it still only shows two voices.

How do you make the other ones show up?  Is there a trick to it?

Thanks for any help.  Would love to use this program fully if it's capable of using SAPI 5 voices.  (All of them).

Have you tried rebooting as well?  I'd say try reinstalling the program and see how that goes.
