Garth Posted April 14, 2023 Share Posted April 14, 2023 Videopad V9.01 I am trying to use custom camera settings when the camera overlay function is on. I go to camera settings and choose my settings and press Ok or apply/Ok. Then I close the settings dialogue box and the settings immediately revert to the previous settings. Settings that were there before I made my custom settings. All defaults are switched off. The issue is 100% repeatable. borate Posted April 14, 2023 Share Posted April 14, 2023 Test the latest release. Even if unlicensed, it will be fully usable for the trial period. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. Take a screenshot with the attempted settings visible in the capture window. Upload it to a free server, get a shared (public) link and post it here. If using Google Drive, change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
