Email forwarding FAILED : (HELO not accepted)

Any Techies - know what has caused this.

 

IVM was working fine - no errors all round - email forwarding was working correctly.

 

Nothing has changed -

 

 

But

 

now - when IVM tries to forward a message to email - The fault

 

Mail host server error (HELO not accepted) is shown .

 

I have checked and rechecked all the email forwarding settings on this machine - to find they are all correct and not different from when it was working.

 

My Outlook express emails are also sending / recieving as normal - so its not a setting change within the ISP.

 

I uninstalled IVM then reinstalled it to try to correct this new fault - but to no avail.

 

Anyone able to assit on this.

can you upgrade outlook express to Outlook 2000/XP/2003 it may iron out any issues
