Stereo input 2 Channel dont work

Hello i have been try almost 10 different sound card and still dont work

 

when i use the mic input in the sound card i use a y cable 2 input and un stero output who go in the sound card but either channel i use the vrs record in bot channel i have been try change the y cable even i cut a stereo input cable an just touch the cable separate but still record in both channel left and right at the same time i have read this problem in this forum but no one replay

 

please if you know the anwser please help

use stereo mix insted of mic input u can try line input if there is low disturbane in line level input
