When they load a document, the first thing they do is click on the priority field heading so that they can sort all the priorities....moving all the "90%" recordings to either the top or the bottom. However this does not correctly sort the priority recordings. Sometimes the high-priority (90%) recordings are randomly spread throughout the normal-priority (50%) recordings. We do lots of recordings and having a high-priority call "hiding" among all the normal recordings can be detrimental. Any suggestions on how to correct this?
