Pixillion read through 5923 TIFF files and did nothing.

Bought and installed program and went through the process to select my directory that contains 162 sub-directores with 5923 files.  Input file format is TIFF, output file format is also TIFF.  I selected a single action of FLIP HORIZONTAL.  Started the process.  Process said it would skip two files, both type .txt, which is correct.  Only 50 sub-directories  were created in the target drive, but all are empty.  After screen flickering for a while, popup message says no files were converted, which is correct.  All 50 new sub-directories are empty. 

Why were my TIFF files not processed?  Is there some arbitrary limit built-in?
