turbano
Hi people, i'm trying to make outbound calls to international phones and mobile phones. I'm trying many type of things like 5511(phonenumber) 90(phonenumber) #90(phonenumber) nothing works, the modem just make some noise and then the program say that the phone is not answering. Does anybody knows the syntax to call to brazilian phones? I know that Brazil has the code +55 and Sao Paulo the area code 11 The logical is just put it with the phone right? like: 551140041234 i'm right? where can i read an newbie tutorial, by the way, i'm using the demo of IWT this influence in something? Claudio
Hi, Maybe you are forgetting the international access code? The sign "+" for +55 11 for sao paulo is a wildcard for a countries access code. In many countries this access code is a double zero: 00. So you should try 005511... If this doesn't work, ask your phone company your accessing the line with the modem. Bye, Claudio
