syncopepper
I used Express Scribe on free trial to transcribe an MP3 file on my Windows 11 laptop. The results were great, so I paid for a license but it hasn't worked since. I saved and plugged in my license number but unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the email confirmation not knowing there is no other place to find a phone number for support. So now I am stuck. I can load the file but it will not transcribe. I have used the same MP3 that worked fine before my purchase. I have been loading, deleting, and reloading several files but none work. Are there Windows speech-to-text modules that are required but that somehow are not working after I entered my license number? Is there anyone listening? Do I need to chalk up my license purchase to a bad experience and move on to another product? Very frustrating!
