K-MAC
I just purchased the Standard version of Pixillion. Selected a folder with roughly 20 photos that were taken in RAW. Output format is set to JPEG. Clicked the bottom right corner (click images to the specified format) and in less than a minute, all 20 photos were converted. Great! Right? WRONG! ALL 20 photos look like they are cut up into pieces and one is to piece them together, like a puzzle. ANY ideas what the heck happened? IF this is all Pixillion can do for me, I just wasted $30 bucks!
mediajf
I would open a support ticket for this issue, https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html it looks to me that pixillion is having issues reading the raw file correctly, so if you open a ticket you can share one of the files and they will help you.
