Jerking picture when playing back a video clip recorded with Debut

When I carry out a screen recording with Debut the video clip recorded has a jerky picture. I have an early version of Debut. Is there something I can do from the programme's settings to avoid this from happening? Thanks

I'm almost sure that the video file was partially damaged when editing or copying to one or another device. I need more details to give more accurate information. So far, I can only assume that the software you used to edit the video simply corrupted its format or codec. I had similar cases in practice and that is why I switched here to using more expensive and high-quality software like Movavi.
