I would like a chart of circles and arrows in which the circles have definite diameters, e.g., a chart in which the largest circle diameter is 1, another circle whose relative diameter is 0.38, another circle with relative diameter 0.22, another circle with relative diameter 0.08 and so on - in other words very definite relative diameters - not just ones drawn by sight only 

is there a way of doing this ?

click charts is a great program for doing charts - I would just like this one more feature
