Problem with still images resolution

[Freezing framer]

Hello,

I have a resolution problem while inserting pictures taken from a printed image (scanned or photographed) on my edit project : the resolution strongly enlightens the original printed pixels ad it is worse if I apply a zoom effect, creating artificial flares. What solution can I try ?
