Web server not responding

Every few days the express invoice web server quits responding to other computers even though the app is open and working on the host. To fix it I simply need to close and reopen Express Invoice on the server and it starts working again. Is there a service I can monitor and restart to avoid this problem?

Hi, are these local computers that's disconnecting or remote? You may want to check the servers connectivity, it's possible that it was going offline when other devices are disconnecting. And does the same issue occur when accessing the web via the host itself?

Yes. There is a Service that must be running on the host machine. Go to Task Manager, Services, ExpressInvoiceService. Confirm it is running. Right-click and select Start.
