Multi-band compression for MP3 songs to be played on radio

Hi everyone,

I am new to NCH switch and have purchased the application to try and improve the audio level issues  i'm experiencing when playing back MP3 files on my internet radio station which uses a cloud based Shoucast V1 server. Just to be clear, the Shoutcast provider cannot provide any dynamic compression, this has to be done in the MP3 files we are uploading.

So, my question is this. Can anyone provide me with a good set of settings for switch which will do the following:-

1\ Normalise / compress the dynamic range of my song library - setting a desired maximum level.

2\ Achieve the above BUT without making the sound dull, i.e by using the multi-band compression facility.

I would be particularly interested to hear from folks who have gone through this exact problem and solved it using NCH switch.
