addressed No option to change aspect ratio to 9:16

I'm trying to create a Spotify Canvas loop video, but when I import the video in Videopad, and cut it to 7 seconds, there's no option for me to change the aspect ratio to 9:16 Picture

Change the A/R on the clip in the bin, then drop to timeline and trim.

Or, if the clip is on the sequence, use the Crop to Aspect Ratio effect and apply the 9:16 preset.

I don't have that option with either.

I may be doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out.

Ahhhh, my bad, there was an update available, and now I have the option. What a rookie mistake. Sorry for wasting your time, and thanks for the help.
