borate Posted March 19, 2022 Share Posted March 19, 2022 Sounds (excuse the pun) as if the Windows volume slider for Videopad is turned down or muted. Launch Videopad. Right-click on the 'speaker' icon at the bottom-right of the Windows screen and click on Open Volume Mixer. In Windows 11 that looks like... borate Posted March 20, 2022 Share Posted March 20, 2022 PC specs? CPU/GPU/Ram. Right-click in the area to the left of the audio track and confirm that it isn't shown as muted Try this next. Close Videopad. Using Windows Explorer (file manager), delete all files in these folders... "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components" "C:\Users\<account name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components" Now reinstall Videopad. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
