addressed First Clip repeats where Second clip should start

I have been trying to build an hour long video made of of 4 15 minute pieces.  Every time I try to export the video, when I cut over to the second clip, it just starts over from the beginning.  When I watch in the preview window, the video plays normally through all 4 clips and the video looks great, but then when I export it, the video starts out fine, but when I get the first edit point in my video, insteat of showing clip 2, it just starts over fromthe beginning of clip 1.

Does this ring a bell?  It's only happening on my final edit.  I've built each one of the clips and they all work fine, but whenever I try to get the final project to export, it messes up on the export.

You didn't state the version, but it's likely that you are attempting a LOSSLESS export.

Click the blue link.  Choose Off (Re-encode) in the export settings window 

Or, if your version is licensed, update to the latest release that is within six-months of purchase date.  Find old versions here.

Okay, I'm on the current version now.  I literally updated a few weeks ago when I purchased the program.  They updated the very next day. lol

I updated and my movie exported perfectly.  Than you very much.

Should a glitch surface in the version being used, there's that six-month window.  And new releases can always be test driven, licensed or not, to check out changes.
