Audio not working on download from Amazon Drive

I have been using Express Scribe Pro for several years.  Just had a problem with downloads from Amazon drive.  No sound.  On one of the files the "Channel" box popped up and by checking both boxes it worked.  Another file worked automatically with no channel box.  The third file does not work, no channel box option.  The audio is there when I use DSS software.  I tried using Switch to change from MP3 to M4 to Wav and none of those things work either.  Is it a problem with Amazon drive or my Express Scribe?  Using MAC OS Catalina.  Thanks!
