Reindt Posted February 2, 2022 Share Posted February 2, 2022 I use v 11.15 (Dutch version) and I’m unable to import any video. I used the free version and there it worked. But tonight I bought a registration code and from now on it won’t work anymore. I’ve deinstalled the program en reinstalled it as a adminitrator, no way! Even the free version won’t work now… what’s wrong? I also deleted all VideoPad registor keys. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
borate Posted February 3, 2022 Share Posted February 3, 2022 Tested the Dutch v11.15 from here. Performance was comparable to the latest English release. Use this free tool to uninstall - deleting all registry keys that it lists. Then reinstall from that link. But unfortunately I did not get any reply from the company. Now I have a other problem, when I’m importing analog video, the video sometimes falters.
