Sound_Vision Posted December 20, 2021 Share Posted December 20, 2021 Hello everyone, I have the shop's inventory connected from Inventoria to Express accounts. Communication is fine, as we can issue invoices with the stock information being correct from Inventoria. The problem is that I can't see the sales history of an item in Inventoria, neither in Express Accounts. When I click on an item's Sales History in Inventoria, which I have successfully sold through Express Accounts (stock deducts normally) nothing shows up. Is there any fix for this or any other way in to view the sales history of an item in Express Account? Thanks in advance! D. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
elk Posted December 21, 2021 Share Posted December 21, 2021 Please note that using Inventoria as the server program, you can update Inventoria's inventory levels from Express Accounts, but that is the only thing you can sync, inventory levels. Reports and any other data will not sync, so you cannot run a report in Accounts using information taken from Inventoria. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
