addressed Cannot change aspect ratio for slideshow

I'm using VideoPad Pro (version 10.96 64bit) to create a slideshow but the default aspect ratio is 4:3. I right-click on the preview window and there's no option to change the aspect ratio of the canvas to 16:9. When I export to video or DVD (in 16:9 format) I get a 4:3 image with black bars on the left and right. How do I change the aspect ratio for any given project? There's no video in my project;  ust images.

See if either of these does what you want.

Use the Crop to Aspect Ratio effect with 16:9 preset on each clip....    

Or export with Crop and Zoom...
