addressed Cannot change aspect ratio to 16:9?

Hello

I have successfully uploaded a video file to Instagram which shows the full length of the piano keyboard.

Loading this into videopad the properties option shows aspect radio of 16:9.

With another file whatever I do I see aspect ration of 967 to 544 and the full keyboard is not shown on Instagram?

How do I force this to be 16:9?

Try the Letterbox to A/R effect. 

If no go, upload  the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum.  When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."

Without adding an effect, the file that you linked looks exactly the same in VP playback and export as does the original.

Both MATCH MONITOR and MATCH CONTENT mode look like this - a 16:9 A/R.

But if Instagram is having issues with the odd resolution, export as follows in Videopad...

In fact I tried a different approach. I selected a preset for Instagram of 9-16 and low and behold this worked!

The full keyboard is shown..
