Vince-C
Video Pad pro, when using elgato video capture device to capture direct from a video cam, getting flashing screen device error, it may be in use by another application. I have uninstalled the elgato program which also captures video as I thought there may be a conflict, however cannot record using this elgato device. borate
Possible related info in this thread. You may have to try a different capture device. Vince-C
I'll try a new device. Probably an easier path to follow. Do you have a recommendation?
