cmonamonamona
I have 50 pictures as images in a VideoPad project. 2 of the pictures have problems. I can pull them into the video track and I can edit and see them in the Clip Preview. But in the Sequence Preview, they are just black screen and the picture will not appear. I tried to re-load the images, re-start VideoPad, even tried to save and load the images in different ways but can't fix it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. borate
What version of Videopad is being run? Look at the bottom-left corner of the window. What's the format of those images? Take a minute to share them here or privately and someone will come up with an answer. Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
cmonamonamona
Videopad version is 10.57. The picture is JPG. Here's the pic. Thanks so much for reviewing. Edited October 27, 2021 by cmonamonamona
borate
That image is 9248 x 6936. My take is that the resolution is too high for VP to handle, but it will be submitted to the developers for analysis. Here's the image reduced to 1920x1080 that plays fine with no appreciable loss of quality. Download, and give it a try.
cmonamonamona
Interesting. I do have other pictures which are larger and display just fine. But when I reduce the picture size, my problem goes away. I thought I tried everything but obviously not. Thanks again!
borate
The original image appears to load and play okay in the current version.
