Detecting sleep apnea

Hello,

I have a suspicion that I suffer from sleep apnea, so I thought that a voice activated recording application like VRS basic might be a good first step to check. I'm a bachelor so I cant ask a girlfriend to check this.

I was thinking of installing it on the laptop and reviewing the recording my heavy breathing the morning after a bad night's sleep.

This is a fair dinkum request!!
