My password is not recognized. How do I get help. I just purchased the Platinum support plan.

I just purchased the Platinum plan for WavePad.  In trying to submit my help question, the password I entered was not accepted.  I only have the one password for NCH but apparently I need a different one that I don't have.  I don't know how to contact anyone to get a password.

I received an e-mail from NCH later in the day and apparently it takes a while after purchasing the Platinum Plan before you can use it.  Their e-mail earlier today gave me a password so I should be all set for tomorrow.  Thanks for the reply.  Apparently the answer to my question is that I should wait a few hours after purchasing the Platinum Plan before trying to use it.  Impatience is not a good virtue.  Again thanks for the reply.
