rr69
First the configuration: Alcatel speedtouch 706 voice wireless modem router (Application Layer Gateway) Internal IP: 192.168.0.254 Application layer gateway with sip enabled on the router Axon server Internal static IP: 192.168.0.20:5070 External static IP: 192.168.0.254:5060 External line 1 registers to sip1.voipbuster.com:5060 and rings on extention 101 External line 2 registers to sip.ritstele.com:38383 and rings on group 701 Group 701 rings on extention 102 and 103 Extentions 101, 102, 103, 198, 199 IVM Answering Attendant: Internal static IP: 192.168.0.20:5080 External static IP: 192.168.0.20:5080 registers extentions 198 and 199 Phone connected to Speedtouch 706 registers extentions 101 and 102 Laptop with Express Talk registers extention 103 Axon and ivm on the same physical server. Here is wat works: Calling from an outside line to external line 2 account all internal extentions in group 701 ring and work. calling from extention 103 to extention 101, 102, 198 or 199 works Calling from extention 101 or 102 to extention 198 or 199 works (101 and 102 are on the same phoneport of the router) What doesn't work: Calling from 101 or 102 to 103 doesn't work, In the log screen nothing happens. I just get a busy signal. So calling from extention 101 directly to extention 199 (voicemail) which is (just as as axon) located on the server works. But when i try to call another extention, located on another computer in the same subnet, it doesnt work??? Any suggestions??
rr69
Im replying on my own message.. I added an other extention mapped to another computer (104). Calling from 103 to 104 and the other way around works just fine, so calling on the internal network isn't the issue. Only when i try to call extention 103 or 104 from 101 which is located at the telephone port on the router nothing happens and i get a busy line..??!!??! Probably something to do with a router setting .. Anybody has a clue? Regards RR69
