Will not covert even with codec plug ins.

I have downloaded the switch software and the appropriate codecs and plugin's and still get the warning box and it will not covert the file telling me that it does not have the codec and plug ins available. What do I do next?

if you are referring to the components available off our website, those are installer files and you need to double-click them to install them. also check you have write access to the registry, we check the registry to see whether the plugins are installed or not.
