Recording with Tonelib guitar sim and focusrite 2i2

Has anyone tried using tonelib guitar sim with mixpad master addition.  I was told that if i upgraded to the Master edition that i could record my guitar effects from lonelib GFX.  But so far to no avail.  you cant get support unless you pay for it which is BS.  I think if you spend money on products you should get support for at least a month .  I just need to know if its a config issue or tonelib is not compatible with Mixpad.
