Using MP4 files from a video camera, the file is visible in the first preview (?) window, but when dragged to the Timeline the image is black (audio track shows). Nothing will play. The blue loading bar hasn't moved in 50 mins for a 3 minute clip... This is a new computer to me. Have previously used VideoPad for a few years without any problems. Suggestions most welcome! borate Posted December 4, 2020 Share Posted December 4, 2020 What version of Videopad is being used? Look for that info at the bottom-left of the screen or at start up. Please share the file that won't load. Upload it to a free server, such as MS Drive or Google Drive, get a shareable (public) link, copy that link and post it here or message me privately via the envelope at the top-right of this forum.
