Any new driver for Philipps SpeechMike Premium Air 4000?

Hello,

I've just bought a new microphone (Philipps SpeechMike Premium Air 4000) which isn't recognize at all by Express Dictate.

Is there any tip you could give me or any new update upcomming soon to make it work?

Same problem here. Just bought Philips Speechmike Premium Air 4010 and isn't recognized by Express Dictate.  Any new firmware coming soon to make it work?

Please confirm that all your audio drivers are up to date. You may also want to access the Philips website and download the latest drivers for that mic. In case you still have issues, you can reinstall the program: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/express-8-05-2020-06-08.exe

Sadly, I do not know if a new version of Dictate will be released soon.

ExpressDictate does not recognise Philips Speechmike Premium Air 4000.

But I use the shortcut function. You can declare the key - shortcut in the free Phillips SpeechControl Software. Just use the corresponding shortcuts in the ExpressDictate Shortcut Settings.

It would be nice, if NCH could update ExpressDictate, especially because it should be no big deal.
