Sylvie Bonin
Same problem here. Just bought Philips Speechmike Premium Air 4010 and isn't recognized by Express Dictate. Any new firmware coming soon to make it work? Thank you. S.Bonin
elk
Please confirm that all your audio drivers are up to date. You may also want to access the Philips website and download the latest drivers for that mic. In case you still have issues, you can reinstall the program: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/express-8-05-2020-06-08.exe Sadly, I do not know if a new version of Dictate will be released soon. proflan
ExpressDictate does not recognise Philips Speechmike Premium Air 4000. But I use the shortcut function. You can declare the key - shortcut in the free Phillips SpeechControl Software. Just use the corresponding shortcuts in the ExpressDictate Shortcut Settings. It would be nice, if NCH could update ExpressDictate, especially because it should be no big deal.
