The error I am having is 'processing sound clips' - I left the computer overnight with no luck. Have downloaded the new version of VideoPad & also reinstalled. borate Posted November 15, 2020 Share Posted November 15, 2020 You uploaded only the VPJ control file, a single jpg and the Butler 2.wmv, which is corrupt. Content of that file is 1:22:00, but its length is listed as 22 HOURS, 15 minutes, which is likely the cause of the sound processing issue. It also isn't color locked, displaying purple and green horizontal bars throughout. This has nothing to do with VP, and may have occurred during VHS transfer. The audio issue should be fixed shortly, though the original take a long time to load due to its 22 hour length. A test in version 8.97+ succeeded.
