Blu Ray disc capacity

I've got some video files I want to keep and thought I'd put them on to blu ray.

The content got to 3hr 40 minutes, the programme says that's the maximum running time. BUT, when the disc was finally done, the disc face shows that it is only half used.

The finished product is crisp, clear and great, but I am only seemingly able to use half of the blu ray disc capacity. I'd much prefer to use the whole disc and therefore use less discs.

Any suggestions?

If this is the case on all projects you try to burn, you can reinstall the program completely. If the issue remains, a support ticket is required here
