No vbr audio after export or no audio for long project at all

what i need to get is when i export it, it gives me  the same audio: Bit rate : 101 kb/s Maximum bit rate : 128 kb/s	1             whatever i select i always get only constant bitrate of 128 kbps and not vbr of 101-128 kbps. even if i select source input or channels. also, i need to devide project into 3 pieces, as it is over 10 hours in total and i get 6 channel audio at the end and not 2. any thpoughts? also, when i select default 2 channels and 128 kps. for audio, it gives me no audio at all in my video, as stated by someone here. http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/31749-no-tengo-audio-con-debut/?tab=comments#comment-84252 so that is why, i need to divide into 3 pieces.

Can you provide a few minutes of the project that demonstrates this issue?  Have both audio and video on the timeline and FILE | SAVE PORTABLE PROJECT AS.  Don't upload the export.
