Wont run after uploading

borate,

My video files refuse to run in any program I upload them into; i.e., YouTube, or Vimeo. My VideoPad is Ver. 8.27. The problem doesn't seem to be OS specific, weather I upload from my iMac Pro or from my HP Windows 10 desktop. It . I have had Vimeo support tell me he thought it might be something to do with my internet connection. I ask how, I have 20 mb of capacity for uploading over my xfinity cable which seems to be more than enough space. As I mentioned before to you or to someone else, my problems start after the video has been completely uploaded or so it seems, when the video is clicked onto play as  in YouTube or Vimeo. I haven't tried to put the videos onto our church's website as of yet, my last option. I have almost run out of patience with myself, I am following the book on these past uploads without any progress, I mean it isn't actually 'rocket science' or is it? Please dear sir I really need the help as you may see. I wait for your reply.

Instead of a Videopad direct upload to those sites have you tried exporting as an Mp4 (which most sites accept) and then using their uploader?  If that doesn't succeed please share one of these projects, so someone here can test it.  It's not difficult, takes but a few minutes and can be private.  Just follow the steps for a PORTABLE project (not the exported file) here...

If it contains sensitive material link it in a personal message (PM).  Click the envelope above.  It won't be passed on or retained.  Use FILE|SAVE PORTABLE PROJECT AS, not simply SAVE PROJECT.  On the server, don't forget to copy a shared (public) link to paste into your post or PM.
